Prevent PMS




Premenstrual Syndrome or PMS can ruin your whole day. Chill!!! I am here to help you girls. 

If you are having back pain symptom before/during/after your menstrual cycle, it is an indicator that you are lacking of calcium.

Calcium needed in formation of red blood cell which during menstrual, blood removed from body and more blood needed. Blood are produced in red bone marrow. If calcium is insufficient, the bone worked harder to produce it. It is meant that the bone suppressed to work harder. That is how back pain occurs before/during/after menstrual.

You can overcome this problem by consume right amount of calcium not less nor more but just right amount.
