5. Tubular Bone, Diaphysis

 Tubular Bone ( Diaphysis) Contain:

• Osteon which consist; Canal of osteon( vessel, loose connective tissue and nerve), Lacunae, osteocyte, cytoplasmic processes.
• Interstitial Lamellae.
• Non-cylindrical lamellae.

• Osteoclast destroy lamellae and form non cylindrical lamellae.

• Epiphysis consist of 3 zone:

1. Reserve zone
2. Proliferation zone
3. Hypertropic zone

4. Tendon

Tendon consist:

• Collagen fibre. Fibroblast located in collagen fibre.
• Dense regular connective tissue.

3. Elastic Cartilage

3. Elastic Cartilage contain:

• numerous elastic fibre. (stained with orcein)
• Surround by perichondrion.
• Chondrocyte.matrix ( never undergo calcification)
